Just rip the bandaid off
Well that sucks. The entire house should get cleaned.
Please do not promote from within. This team desperately needs a completely new set of eyes.

Fitz makes good trades. He sucks at negotiating contracts. If he was an advisor with no actual power, I’m fine with that but would still prefer he gets the boot entirely
Well whatever happens to Fitz I hope there will be a new head coach next season.

Hmmm, interesting a demotion is mentioned. If Fitz is ok accepting it, that kinda indicates there’s something else going on that’s possibly making him want to step back.
For promotion, we have no clue how much say each person has, so they’d get a side eye, but Id still need to see how they handle the summer before making a judgment
