    Cool jersey. Smyl retired long before the team switched to these colours, though, so he definitely never wore this.

    Stan Smyl retired in 1991. He never wore the orca jersey.

    Honestly I would ask him next time he’s doing a public event. It’s so long ago, it hard to find info on the internet. He should know if it’s worn.

    I’m assuming prior to the All-Stars North America vs The World game in 98, they had a Vancouver alumni match given they were the host city. I can’t see why anyone would fake this jersey lol.

    It looks pretty real from what I can tell. I can’t remember if there was an alumni game, I was too young. It would have to be from that or a custom though, since as others have said, Stan was long since retired in 98
