Saw Berube lui reproche essentiellement la défaite de ce soir, mais ne l’a pas entendu une seule fois admettre que son horrible système a probablement conduit au pire match de possession de rondelle de la ligue et a obligé nos gardiens à faire deux fois plus de travail qu’ils ne devraient l’être.

The funniest part about the NHL is teams recycle the same coaches. Once Berube is fired, another moronic team will be right there to snap him up.
Bérubé is a bottom 5 coach in the NHL right now, don’t care about the cup. Dinosaur system, and never seems to push the right buttons with his star players. Lineups also suspect.
Unfortunately the leafs are still getting some decent goaltending so no top 5 pick

Indicative of the biggest stat I’ve loathed this year (aside from goals, obviously). Shot differential. It seems like they’re -10 or worse in this department every game. Moneypuck has it to date as -280.
Leafs are dead last in the league for so many defensive statistics.
The reason we’re not ACTUALLY in dead last is because of the goaltending! In spite of everything, goaltending has been pretty good this year.
