I mean, it’s a neat lightning in a bottle stat. It doesn’t prove anything because it’s purely a coincidence that could happen to the strongest division even if the odds would be steeper. In fact get enough NHL seasons and it will happen eventually to the strongest division.
Or, hear me out! Maybe we award the Flames the division title because they didn’t lose on the same day 6 other teams did.
We are so lucky we managed to tank this year in this godawful division. Any other year we’d be two points back of a WC spot
So, in the last three nights of NHL hockey, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the pacific division is 2-12-1. The flames contributed one of those wins and none of those losses.
Can’t decide who I want more to crash out of payoff spot, Knights or Oilers.
Fingers crossed both will and replaced by Kings and Sharks.

We really need one of the Kings, Kraken or Sharks to go on a run and push Vegas out of their 3rd spot and out of the playoffs but none of them are willing.
