  1. Ullmark needing some help out front, saved the game at the end.

7th pick showing up and showing out! 👏👏

  2. gotta give respect to Brady Tkachuk. He plays for his team and fans not his country. He’s got a job and does it so respect to the man🫡

  3. Come on Sportsnet…you have multiple replays of Detroit's disallowed goal but no extra looks at Yakemchuk's first NHL goal?

  4. Fire yzerman. Detroit needed scoring at the trade deadline, instead got a defensemen. No scoring depth. FIRE YZERTRASH

  5. These offsides challenges are something the NHL never should have started. So often it has nothing to do with the goal. And, in effect, all your hard play to score is wasted. They should have a time limit where the goal counts if well past the missed offsides. I mean, play is continuing on, well past the missed offsides….that's just nuts. What's next, 'there should have been a penalty a minute ago, but the ref missed it, so we challenge it and look at video review? '

  6. The last 5 minutes and that bad Grieg penalty had me worried. Sens keep the wagon rolling! Incredible stuff by this team. GSG!

  7. Detroit is a hard watch this year. They dump the puck in, and the opposing team gets it and starts their way out of the zone before a Redwing even comes close to the puck. 80% time, they give the puck away just because they are not fast enough on the dump-ins. I guess I got spoiled watching the Russian 5. They got the puck and wouldn't give it up until the horn blew. They will have more time to practice entering the o-zone since the golf courses around here are not ready for the season.

  8. even if my wings make the playoffs its not like they will do anything special. We have no stars or depth and at this point why TF did they not grab Quinn Hughes?? Most of our roster isnt worth a damn.

  9. Wings just don’t have enough offense. They rarely score 5 on 5 or 4 or more goals a game. Not going to win too often with that lack of offense. They probably won’t make the playoffs (and even if they do???), and it’s time for Yzerman to go.

  10. IDK who's gonna read this but I'm offering my thoughts. There's an alchemy to the way the best teams play. It's bigger than just having any 1 superstar player. I'm a Lions fan. I think the Lions have had that quality these past few seasons, that "it" quality that's really hard to put into words. The Red Wings don't have it. They haven't had "it" in a long time. Every season they make incremental improvements but never really gel the way the best teams do. IDK what it takes to fix that, I just thought I'd share.

  11. Stevie keeps his pursestrings too close to his chest. Look through history and most cup winning teams made a BIG MOVE at some point. I think Steve keeps hoping for one of those '91 drafts that will never happen again. Nobody drafts 5-6 HOF players in one draft anymore.

  12. It didn't seem possible a few weeks ago, but Ottawa is now in a playoff position. Now they just have to hold onto it.

  13. As a Wings fan don't worry Boys,

Last year Yzerman signed 7 one- year contracts. This year he signed 6 one-year contracts. Had the second highest cap space to work with but we don't need that; all we need is these young bucks from the good ol' Grand Rapids Griffins yay…….

See yall in another 10 more years or later!
