If they are going to keep him he has to get a lot of help. At least learn to be a decent player. Vancouver has the lightest defense in the league. Maybe the lightest team in the league. When you are twenty pounds less per player you need some toughness. One of the reason they lose games. Seems like they are not even going to give Mancini a chance like Reichel. Who now has a regular spot on Boston.
This coaching staff and management are pathetic, tbh. I was at the game, row 6 centre and I saw many times Kings players shoving, jabbing, and trying to intimidate the Canucks. It’s the very LEAST you can do is dress 2-3 tough guys — you’re NOT WINNING anyways. I just shook my head in embarrassment. Bad asset management to have Douglas not on the ice.
