As a sabres fan I’m hoping Detroit makes the playoffs to end the playoff drought with Buffalo but if there’s one team I refuse to see Buffalo play in the first round it’s the wings I rather see Detroit go against someone else in the first round. The Sabres are definitely coming back to Earth. Our guys have lacked that killer instinct they had for that incredible stretch that still has them in the top spot (for the moment) in their Division. Something happened during the Kings game, even though it was a win, that has just taken the fight out of Buffalo. Being trounced by a mediocre team at best is troubling. Detroit played a hell of a game I will give em that. Sick Power Play did our guys in again. Hope my Sabres bounce back tomorrow. Yeah, I am still on the wagon! Let's Go Buffalo!! (Seriously let's get it going again….)
