Je ne devrais pas avoir à expliquer ça. Price passe le flambeau à Suzuki en sauvant potentiellement sa carrière d’une commotion cérébrale ou pire. Des trucs vraiment héroïques.

The closest Suzuki have been from missing at least a game in his career. It shows how hard it is to stay healthy in the NHL.
Dobes is being compared to Price??
They couldn’t have more different play styles.
I’d say that Fowler’s technique is much closer to Price.
Can we stop comparing our goalies to price every 5m minutes 🤣🫣
Je sais pas où tu prends l’idée que Dobes est comparé à Price. On parle souvent du printemps Halak par contre.
Dobes = Halak
Fowler = Price.
imagine having that low of a hockey IQ to blast a slap shot in an open cage 3 meters away LMAO.
Dobes strikes me more like Halak whom, remember, led us through #1 Pittsburgh and #2 Washington during the 2010 playoffs. The most exciting time in my life being a Habs fan.
Look I have a Dobes in bed pic in my wallet like the rest of you but let’s not start putting that high an expectation on the kid
This play by Suzuki made me respect him so much. He was willing to straight up die for us. Price with the save of the century, stopped a goal and saved a life.
Habs fans compare a rookie goalie to an all-time great… name a more ironic duo… (he’s more like Roy than Price guys cmon 😌)
i truly think Price had perfected the art of being able to know launch angles of the puck on shots from the type of sticks he grew up with.
The new era of shooting (whippy low flex sticks with vicious release speed à la Matthews a few years ago) changed the game a lot. But before that started, Price perfected the position
The past saving our future.
# With Dobes being compared to Price a lot right now,
This made me laugh.
Suzuki really putting it all on the line here eh? That would not have been a fun one to take on the chin that early into his career.

Dobeš is definitely not Price. Price was cold, calculated, and a master of minimal movement necessary to get where he needed. Dobeš is just so damned chaotic out there. I love watching him play because it’s more reminiscent of Hasek (who is my all-time favourite hockey player, the guy had no plan and yet it worked).
Best save of all time
The stick save on Ovi was spectacular but this one is life saving
Dobes is much more like Halak
0;08 Petry using his ingrained baseball skills.
Dobes is not being compared to Price.
