@Oilers d'Edmonton

tirer cette carte m’a rendu un peu triste

    Not bad numbers once you compiled all the games.

    The thing about him is he’s a Spruce Grove boy and grew up wanting to play for the Oilers. He truly loved the team and the city and the fans and media absolute ran him out of town.

    That .896 with 50 starts makes me a little sad too OP

    i miss him too, i really would’ve liked to see him in a tandem with ingram for a bit 🙁

    this is a little off topic but your nails are gorgeous!!

    Just think, if McDavid or Drasaitl showed up in game 7 of the SCF in 2024 or game 6 of the 2025 SCF, Stuart Skinner would be forever remembered as a champion in Edmonton. Same with Darnell.

    Have that card too. Bought it for twenty five cents. Wonderful guy. Just…

    I have that card as well. Pulled it right after the trade.

    Stuart Skinner was the only professional athlete that has ever brought tears to my eyes. I felt bad when the media was so awful to him, I felt sad when Conner McDavid had to defend him to the press and I felt happy when he was traded because he wouldn’t have to deal with the awful press here in Canada. I miss him dearly but I’m just happy he’s happy and doing well. He felt like that little brother or cousin that we always will jump up and defend to the bullies.

    I’m still salty about that trade. I had high hopes for him in Edmonton.

    I still like him even if he isn’t on the team anymore. To this day, I’m still skeptical about this trade.

    His numbers are good. He was a solid 1B and it was a bad decision to let him go. Yes I’m living in the past.

    You would think Oilers fans have learned not to be so hard on athletes, as yes it is a factor, and yes they will want out if they cant handle the hate anymore,yes it has happened multiple times before.

    But instead the other day I had someone tell me the reason the Oilers fumble through the regular season so often is cause fans are not hard enough on them.

    I’ve really been missing him lately. I liked when they’d cut to him on the bench and he’d just be vibing out to the music. I never wanted him to go, but I’m glad Pitt likes him
