Crazy how much of a wrecking ball they’ve been the last 3 years, then they lose Barkov in the preseason and it all turns to shit

Crazy coincidence that the moment they change the LTIR rules the Panthers totally implode. Losing Barkov was big but that team should have had enough to tread water

It’s insane that we’re 74 games into the season, not a single team in the east has clinched, the last place team in the east (Rangers) could mathematically still make playoffs if they were in the west. The first place team in the east could still miss playoffs. I’ve never seen anything like this before. The Sabres have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever
