Surprising news to hear Cassidy got axed. The G-Knights have been slumping as of late and its modus operandi in the NHL to change coaches at any point of a season especially this late with 8 games remaining and a decent playoff spot on the line.
I hope Vegas lose to Edmonton.

THE WORLD CLASS PLAYERS IN THE NHL HAVE FIGURED OUT THE STUPID REVERSE V DROP TO THE KNEES ON EVERYTHING STYLE OF GOALIES, AND THE PLAYERS ARE CHEWING THEM UP.. FOR YEARS NHL TEAMS HAVE DRAFTED GIANT GOALIES, THINKING THAT WAS THE ANSWER.. THE NHL DID THE SAME THING IN THE 1990s, WHEN THEY DRAFTED HUGE PLAYERS WITH NO SKILL.. THIS IS THE SAME EVOLUTION, JUST WITH GOALIES.. THE SAVE PERCENTAGE AVERAGE HAS DROPPED IN THE NHL COMPARED TO 20 YEARS AGO. PLAYERS NOW SHOOT, AND SCORE FROM IMPOSSIBLE ANGLES.. BECAUSE THE SHOOTER KNOWS THE GOALIE SAVE SELECTION BEFORE HE SHOOTS THE PUCK.
