  1. Jase…can we please stop w this TZ impersonating a NHL C experiment? It adversely effects his offensive output too much when you ask him to play down low in the D zone.

His scoring numbers 5on5 have been horrible since they made the switch.

We turned our best offensive catalyst of a scoring winger into a below average scoring center w defensive holes in his game.

    Not good. Not smart.

  2. Doing a great job Danny B. Most Flyers fans cant see the nuance, but I think youve done a great job with digging us out from bad deals your predecessors made, as well as finding who is making a big difference here in Philly.

While I havent seen a cup win in my lifetime, I am hopeful that if you stay the course – and we get a bit luckier with drafting – we can make the playoffs very soon.

Glad to see you are staying strong.

  3. Greaves has the Flyers # and Columbus played great after the 1st. Gonna be even tougher now to get in. Great to hear from Danny

  4. Changes lineups after the west coast swing. Also TK comments where we weren't winning all the games is a weak weak comment. PP worst in league for 4 years.

  5. Here we go. Columbus’s coach can’t be beat. At least we don’t have to be subjected to Brian “Homer” Smith today. He stinks. Jason the PP has been dead last 5/6 years, 30th the other. Their STs cost them the playoffs and that’s on Briere too. Get a QB nitwit Danny.

  6. Of course you won’t freak out. You don’t pay for tickets. That interview you did with Danny Brier was shameful. Not one question about having the dead last power-play five out of six years (30th the other) and what is he going to do to fix it. Not one question about the underwhelming play of his first and second round draft picks outside of Martone. Not one question about this team being like two and eight at home recently. It is hard to dodge the “shill” label with interviews like that.

  7. I went to the game last night. 1st was great, shots 10-3; score 1-0, all is well.
Give props to CBJ. They adjusted, Flyers came out tentatively, CBJ goes up 2-1 and it's their game to take.
    Shoulda, coulda, woulda, DIDN'T!!!

  8. BTW, excellent closing remarks on tanking. Fans should never want their team to shut it down for a better pick.
NYI was in the 11th spot & won the lottery

  9. They need to go 10-2 from here on out, including beating DET 3x…in other words, it's over. Start preparing for a critical summer – we NEED talent

  10. The first period was good. But after that they fell apart. The defense collapsed on goals 2 and 3. Altough they lost they are still alive for a wild card spot but if they cant win these must win games. Might as well pack it up and get ready to pick 15th in the draft.

  11. so how did the young guys learn to play in big games, when you sat them for senior citizens like Sean Couturier and Luke Glendening?

  12. Jason, I was excited about the entire season, the home losses have me baffled. How can this team play so good on the road and terrible at home, The history of the Flyers would be that "we don't want to play them in their yard" now, it's we will beat them in their yard. How do we fix this for the future. I am so glad you are feeling better.

  13. All this talk from the front office about developing young players, then they’re scratched for the biggest game so far in the season

  14. Who exactly is showing the bump barkeys and michkovs HOW to win these type of games. Only one who’s been to second round of playoffs(with fans lol) was coots 13 years ago. TK disappeared as he usually does late in seasons. Zegras was actively terrible both goals to start second were his defensive mistakes. He’s now at 14pts in last 29 games. When we say learn to win and play the right way… who is teaching that? TK is an agent of chaos he doesn’t play responsible “the right way” torts used to say hes a spazz out there. lol. You’re not tanking but we also don’t have the older vets who’ve won anything to even teach “winning culture”. And TK Saying o we can’t win em all was a sad answer no matter how ya spin it. They win on west with no pressure. Come home with chance to earn pressure and make a statement and ya go 35 minutes with 11 shots from start of 2nd to 5 min left. This wasn’t “a game” it was maybe your only “big game” of the season. Also No one expects players to quit and not try it’s a ridiculous thing to say when ya know that’s not what people are saying. No one asks that.

  15. Columbus woke up in the 2nd period and came out flying. The Flyers looked tired in the 2nd and wre not keeping up. Columbus locked it down and won. The younger players got experience playing in an important game. I hope they learn from this.

  16. Just about to watch the Briere interview and I'm expecting nothing but PR fluff from his mouth.

Edit – yep I was correct. Keep making that playoff push!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

  17. DANNY – GIVE THE TEAM A CHANCE, LEAVE IN GREBENKIN – BRING JIRICEK UP – JUST MAKE THE FIRST ROUND THESE GUYS – NOT SURE WHY GREBBY IS NOT IN FRONT OF THE NET ON A POWER PLAY… TACO NOT SO GREAT ON THE POWER PLAY TEACHER

  18. Fkn ridiculous. Just more evidence that Everyone who said "improve draft position and sell old players" were 100% right. Now we stay in middleground purgatory yet another fkn year.

  19. This show is literally state sponsored propaganda at this point. I think the Kremlin is more reliable

  20. 23:02 Jason, dude, all due respect but I NEVER said ‘tank’. My point in the question was about managing Vladar’s workload better if they’re out of the race. Yes, they are still “mathematically” alive however rationally they’re not making the playoffs. I will gladly eat those words with heavy doses of salt but I just don’t see the team they need to slip, slipping to all Philly a chance to move up. As I stated in my question to you, when do you ease off Vladar since he’s at levels he’s never seen before?
