I don’t like the decisions at the trade deadline, and choosing Hill over Thompson was a knee jerk reaction. That being said, if the reports on Cassidy losing the locker room are true, I’m not sure what else could’ve been done. It sounds like Cassidy is an excellent coach, capable of winning a cup in the first few years, but he’s too abrasive in the long term.
