tl;dr : gagnez 3/6, c’est un tirage au sort. Gagnez 4/6 (même si cela est peu probable), il y a environ 94 % de chances qu’ils se frayent un chemin vers l’un des emplacements.

It’s wild that 95 points still gives them basically a 50-50 chance at making it.
4 of 6 is doable and I kinda hope we are somewhat strategic here with the games we target.
You really need to beat Philly, Toronto, Ottawa. At this moment I think you start Sorokin in all those.
Dave gets the first Carolina B2B.
I could see asking Sorokin to play the MTL back to back unless standings are pretty set.
Then Sorokin against Carolina the final night if playoffs on the line. Otherwise maybe Dave.
I just feel like you gotta maximize your chances against the “weaker” teams.
Sure they can still get in and if they play well, they could even win one series. I can’t imagine the ceiling is any higher than that.
This has been a successful year, no matter what. Still, the trade deadline moves were head scratchers for me. We got older, slower, gave up a first round pick in a reportedly solid draft and lost valuable space for next year, all for the possibility of playoff runs this year and next year. I never thought it was worth it and the early returns have certainly not changed my mind.
I’ve honestly lost all morale, like ok great if they make it but they’ve shown they’re just not good enough anyway. I want to be proven wrong as I was against the doomers after the Canadians game but it’s looking like they were right
