I know I shouldn’t get greedy, but for how high up in standings we are, I was hoping for a higher seed than 7 or 8.

I like case 1 because I absolutely can not bring myself to root for Carolina or Philadelphia.

Years past: sabres must win 19 of their next 21 games and all other teams must lose every remaining game

I’ve got tickets to the Capitals game. So the selfish part of me wants to see them clinch during THAT game.

Welp this just set in stone that we will play the Senators round 1

Anyone want to play devil’s advocate and discuss worst case scenario or we just getting numb on the Kool aid? Cause I’m good with either.

What we do when it happen ? Should we panic ?

Very much hoping the Sabres clinch on Thursday. I do not wish to have my celebration of the clinch interfere with Leafs Elimination Day festivities (which could also be Thursday if Columbus wins at Carolina and Toronto loses in regulation at San Jose – although in theory that would make LED Friday since that will probably end after midnight).

Show respect to the girls who are Sabres fans, dude
So we just have to beat Ottawa? Doesn’t matter if it’s in regulation or OT?
I just want the x in the standings, but I’d always hoped it would happen after a win at home.
