    Why would Prongs want anything to do with the tire fire that is the Leafs?

    Aside from throwing a few coins in his jeans, which he probably doesn't need anyway, there really isn't any upside to Pronger getting within 100 miles of MLSE.

    Armstrong left Schaefer Bedard and Wyatt Johnson off Olympic team. We did not win even with McD Mackinnon and Celebrini. Not the answer. No room for seniority. Go with the best period. So his old school thinking will not save the hapless Leafs.

    So I'm a blues fan and the word with Armstrong is that after this year is he's going to president of hockey operations to watch over Steen and then retiring here pretty soon

    You should be creative and go get Pat Brisson as your gm . He knows all players, all league GM's, he negotiated some of the best contracts in the NHL, knows how to manage the cap space and he is well connected internationally with key scouts .

    Once you get a new GM all you will need is a couple good goalies, 4 good defence men and 9 more forwards with heart and an ability to score. After that you got a chance

    Pronger would be great, he already called out the leafs lack of stickup for your teammates. Keep Knies, Cowan and Robertson, everyone else should be moved.

    Doesn't matter who will be the next GM for TML. This franchise is a loser, they did great way back in the old days with 6 teams playing house league hockey with no goalie masks or proper equipment, almost like playing shimmy or ball hockey. Now that the league is established with so many teams, Toronto can't get anywhere for decades upon decades. We are not playing ball hockey anymore … The NHL is for hockey players, not for concitant losers racking in big money 💰and nothing to show for it, from one decade to the next, forever playing the loser. No heart, no gutts, captain takes a bad dirty hit and his teammates pick their ass and do nothing. Why would anyone want to be a part of this lousy hockey franchise.
