Makes sense
Notice how Carolina, Tampa and Avalanche are the lowest? That is because no opponent has the puck long enough to get a shot. Blocking shots is a bad statistic. Florida just doesn’t care enough this season lol

Edvinsson at number 19 with 138 blocks
were 16th in shots against, dead middle of the pack. Were 17th in unblocked shot attempts against.
Just because a team is high in blocked shots doesnt automatically mean theyre a bad team whos stuck in their own end, even if being bad likely leads to more shot blocks

No wonder they’re so injured.
I got to imagine that doesn’t help our health all to much even if they arent showing up on injury reports
Wish we were doing something more effective on defense that prevented us from having to make so many blocks, but hey, at least they’re getting in the way of pucks.
