Pour les fanatiques de tanks où chaque choix supérieur compte. Battre la nature pourrait potentiellement faire la différence entre une progression de 1 à 2 choix au repêchage et la proximité du top 9.

Pretty sure if you’re in the playoffs your draft position is based off how well you do in the playoffs
Drop these mofos!
I don’t really care for this one.
I have said I have been on Team Tank since Nov 1, so I’m one of the biggest advocates of the tank on this sub.
All that matters to me is that we clinch last place and we have a 99.9% chance of doing so, so I’m satisfied.
Let’s beat Quitt Hughes’ ass.
The way this draft seems to be playing out, the difference between 22nd overall and 25-26th overall can be a big difference.
There’s a lot of high ceiling guys (Hurlbert/Nordmark/Shilov) who are ranked right in that early 20’s range that a rebuilding team would love to jump on.
Plus the better odds of landing a Ruck if that’s your cup of tea. The Penguins are one of the biggest Ruck threats because they have 22 and 40th overall, plus a boatload of 2nds to trade up with. Having Minny finish below them in the standings is big to potentially snag Liam first.
Since when does winning help a team tank?
Maybe I a bit too snarky with my first comment, but where Minnesota finishes has nothing to do on whether the Canucks tanked properly or not. And honestly it doesn’t matter where the Wild pick is, the Canucks scouting and development will have a bigger part of whether this pick helps or not.
