Not all development goes in a straight upward line. Sometimes you'll have hurdles along the way. How he deals with it will be really important. I look at Manny Malhotra's playing career a bit like Aatu Raty. Both highly touted. Manny was a 1st round pick, Raty plummeted in the final months of the draft. Manny had a career as a 3rd line defensive face-off specialist. Raty may be looking at the same kind of career. It's so important the decisions you make, especially at a young age.
