Knob has spent the whole year dismantling lines that have worked. That and relying on two players, instead of rolling all four lines. Personally think the man has nothing between his ears.
Knoblauch needs to go. Biggest mistake in the last 2 years was giving him the job instead of Gulutzen. He's a bloody fencepost on the bench. Has anybody ever seen him call a timeout to get his team back on target?

Without Leon especially, the teams can focus on McDavid more when defending the power play.
I doubt Vegas would give Edmonton permission to speak to Cassidy in season if they changed coaches. Too much inside information. If they get permission to hire Cassidy, I'd imagine it be in the off season.

They announced that Zach Hyman is going to be back in 2 weeks and Leon Draistail is expected to be back in the lineup for the Stanley Cup playoffs so the Edmonton Oilers are going to be fine for the rest of the NHL season

Play like Vegas and get the damn puck up the ice as fast as possible. Oilers spend too much time passing the puck back and forth to each other in their defensive zone.
They better play good team defence again like they did at the start of the 5-game winning streak !
I have been hearing rumours that Leon Draisaitl will miss the playoffs, or even the first few games of the playoffs. That's all nonsense. As if Leon would miss the playoffs at all, even just one game. The Oilers cannot win the Cup without him. It's that simple.
