I also don’t see why griddy can’t be a first line winger. He’s already showing flashes and has as much dynamic ability as most top 5 picks at 20 years old. Maybe that’s my flames bias kicking in but I think he’s a future star

  2. Tier 1 and number 1 prospect is Zayne Parekh no surprise here.

Tier 2 and number 2 is Reschny, 3rd is Matvi Gridin, again no surprises here

Tier 3 and number 4 prospect Cullen Potter, 5th is Wyttenbach, 6th is Brzustewicz 7th is Honzek

Tier 4 and number 8 is Henry Mews, 9th is Weibe, 10th Costagna.

    Tier 5 number 11 Stromgren, 12th Suniev, 13 Hoskin, 14 goalie Sergeyev 15 Basha

A few honorable mentions that are most likely AHL players, Misa, Moran, Jameson, Curran

And this is BEFORE the huge wave of top tier prospects we pick up this summer!

Both the numbers nerds like Bader and Nick love the Flames pool

Now it appears the more traditional “scouts” are starting to love it as well

  5. But but but Canucks fans tell me they have the best prospect pool in the league? Tom willander and Braden cootes are supposed to be Gretz and Orr? This can’t be right!

    Edit: this is clearly sarcastic

Even if they don’t get McKenna the Stenberg Sweepstakes and Verhoeff victory bonds are still on.

Either way things are going to look drastically different over the next two seasons. I’d like to bring attention to Anaheim, we will have something like this quite shortly.
