Habs fans are easily among the most toxic in the league so this won’t be fun
Habs fan here! Hopefully we’ll see you guys in the playoffs. Game was entertaining although refs were really reffing for us tonight.
Been seeing a lot of people acting as if it’s some formality that we beat them in a seven game series. Wonder if anyone’s tune changes after tonight.
Remaining Schedules:
BUF: @ CHI, vs. DAL
MTL: vs. CBJ, @ NYI, @ PHI
TB: @ BOS, vs. DET, vs. NYR
Realistically, BUF probably picks up another 2 against Chicago, and would be favored to do so against DAL with them more than likely resting guys. They also hold the tiebreaker over MTL. There’s an outside chance we grab the 1 seed if we win out but it’s also contingent on MTL not doing so as well.
Basically – BUF 1/2, MTL 2/3, TB 3/3 we would finish as A1 but that’s a foregone conclusion at this point.
Odds like us to start at home vs. MTL but the play on ice would say otherwise. See y’all in Montreal next Saturday.
I don’t love our chances against against any of those teams against Boston. Ottawa I think we can overcome through a series. But the other two teams are red hot
