@Flyers de Philadelphie

    I really hope he can work on his skating similar to Foerster after his draft year. If he does he’ll be a good pro IMO.

    Has a bit of everything. Super reliable defensively, elite on draws, has good hands for a kid his size & very chippy/physical.

    Won’t be a top line guy, but could be an Adam Lowry type of 3C & all successful playoff teams have guys like that & we could use that to go with all of our blossoming skill w/Michkov, Martone, Zegras, Foerster, Barkey, Bump etc.

    Odds are both don’t hit, but him & berglund could be a hilarious duo of size, skill, snarl in the B6. U know Tocchet would love them in critical situations and on the PK.

    Everything I’m seeing from this kid is awesome. If Danny knocked this pick outta the park I can’t wait to see the doubters eat shit.

  3. send this kid to one of the michigan schools theyve been treating our guys very well

    Flyers didn’t draft Nesbitt….

    They drafted PLAYOFF Nesbitt

    Love me all the Nesbitt posts. He’s been my next prospect obsession since training camp. Love the way he plays. Defensively sound and will stick at center, with flashes of skill and grit. We definitely seem to have a philosophy at center where I (at least) think he could put up more points than people think being in a line with our wingers. Similar to Cates bagging 18 goals this season but with a better net front presence you could put on the PP. I think after another year, hopefully in the ncaa, people will start to see the vision. Pretty excited to see how things unravel the next few seasons with him and Berglund on the way
