Any Pacific division opponent was ideal for Edmonton. None of them know how to keep the puck out of their net. This could be a 3rd straight SCF run gifted to the Oilers because they play in the worst division in recent memory in the NHL. The thought of such a mediocre team being gifted a round, maybe even two, is painful. At least we get a fun series here where every game should be a 6-5 slopfest.
