This hole situation reminds me of the giants last year with a top pick in the first and looking at a QB late in the first .
It sounds like the Cardinals are about the only team that has much interest in Simpson.

Regarding Ty Simpson, who played somewhat well in only a handful of college games in one season, but who some analysts see some positive traits in on some plays, the idea that he, as an undersized college QB whose size and experience has never resulted in a successful NFL QB and who will certainly need a couple of years to even possibly develop into anything, could come in and somehow save Monti Ossenfort’s job is fairly out there I’d say.

What people sometimes miss on is yes, we know that Ty has limited time and like everyone else – you see the good things he can do, what he can grow on, but you know the process is to go with a guy like LaFleur so you can unlock that potential. He’s got the toolbox. Starting at Alabama isn’t just an “average” quarterback job.

I predict who get Ty Simpson or the tsu qb will have a gold mine I am saying that really 2027 is not going to be as good as they think because none will be transition from college to nfl unless there using college play books I really don’t see 2027 to be good just look good this draft is going to be a phenomenal draft like chess plays like the diamond in the rough the best of the best here I am exited about this draft not next year it’s to over rated

are you kidding me monti screwed up the 23 draft trade down he got the 27 overall pick the next year so he effectively traded the 3rd overall pick for very lat3e first round pick the next year i say no to a trade down monti will make whateve teams he trades with better and keep the cardinals in last place.
