Don’t look now, but the Penguins are on the brink of melting down.
They mostly dominated the middle portion of the 2nd period, came very close to breaking through, and probably should have scored at least once.
Instead, they’re down 2-0 in the game, and are staring down the barrel of going down 2-0 in the series, especially since they need to kill a nearly full-length power play immediately.
…I’m knocking on every wooden surface in my apartment.

Last year around the draft, word around a lot of scouting circles was that Pittsburgh was trying really hard to trade up to 4th or 5th overall because they *desperately* wanted to draft Martone.
