Definitely a hospital pass. I could do without the shitty announcers uncontrollably laughing about it during the second replay after all this. Especially since they knew a player has injured at that point.

Clean, but I can’t help but think there should be a rule against initiating head to head contact. I think the main damage to Trenin comes from Blackwell’s helmet directly hitting his face.
ETA I guess maybe head butting? But I think that might be hard to argue here.

We should be upset with Bogo if anyone. What a terrible outlet pass, like you gotta see your forward is on a death route and you just slide them a zippy pass into it anyway?
Just take it out at that point and move it across the neutral zone. Hopefull Trenin just got the wind knocked out of him and they were being cautious. If he isn’t in a world of pain on either hip, shoulder, or his back then he might be even more fired up next game.
As someone who grew up playing the body a lot, nothing gets you fired up more than getting laid out.
