I remember saying a couple years ago. Rick is the perfect coach for this flyers team right now. he been around a few great coaches he learned from them. and am sure he has his own way to coach. these kids have been in the playoffs since the brake and they know that they have said it. they are handling it great. when Rick said day off tomorrow. can hear the guys yelling yeah alright. that's a sign they really like having Rick has their coach. And teams that really care for the coach. they end up doing great things.
