#LGRW #RedWings #DetroitRedWings #NHL #HockeyTalk #7MinuteWings #JtCompher #NHLTradeTalk #HockeyAnalysis #Yzerplan #WingedWheel #HockeyYouTube #NHLDiscussion #SportsTalk #HockeyFans

I would disagree that's a tough decision. It also seems like red wings tend to do better as former red wings
We talk about changing culture the best way to do that just like any workplace is to get rid of unproductive players they do more harm than just what happens on the ice. Compher, Rasmussen and Appleton all need to go.
Compher, Rasmussen, Appleton, who else am I missing ? 🤔
I'd rather have JT over Copp. He does finish sometimes. Copp getting back to the bench is his best finish. Getting Yzerman to stop playing money puck is the biggest disadvantage the wings have. Patients is important. It's not who we hire. It's who we have let go. Believe me. Players know who can play.
A few rebuilding teams could use a few veterans. The unfortunate part is that Detroit doesn't have a lot of excess draft capital to sacrifice because of the bad terms of the contracts…
Thanks for the new video. I agree mostly with your assessment of Compher. We have too many old, slow, non-physical wingers taking up roster spots. If we retain Compher, he would be a decent 3rd line center with Copp and Ras. Each score about 10 goals per season, are responsible defensively, and can be a decent checking line. I don't agree about Peron, although I like him, he isn't productive enough to take minutes from a younger player. I would break up Larkin and Raymond because I think Ray is a star and can drive his own line. I think Marco will be better this year and would thrive with Raymond and Finnie. I would put Larkin with Kane and Cat. If Cat can score 40 goals with Copp, he would have 50 with Larkin. I'd like to see Danielson make the team next year and play a kid line with Mazur and MBN. The problem with trading for top tier talent is you have to give up someone. Larkin, Raymond, Cat, Mo, and Finnie are about the only players who could get a decent return. I don't think Cossa, ASP, Danielson, or MBN would bring at top 6 centerman unless you include a couple 1st round picks. I still believe in Stevie I just wish Todd would find the right line mix and get the boys playing playoff style hockey in March.
David perron is a pylon with a handicap pass in a hockey stick He's worthless didn't score nothing for us down the stretch but one goal
Compher Casper Appleton Rasmussen copp Johansson hamanik their totals didn't even match cats goal total! These players are trash and we need to get them off of team immediately
Patrick Kane is the only UFA worth resigning period!!
Just wanted to say thanks I really do love this channel❤
And I don't care how good perron is in the room if you don't put points on the board he's useless
We need to fire Steve yzerman!!
If we could get a 2nd for Compher….id retain 100% salary.
It's time to get rid of the old empty jerseys and bring up the youngsters. The Tigers had to do the same thing. Next year Lombardi, Mazur, MBN and or Leonard need to be on a bottom line together. You have to see what you got at the end of the day. The agitators are coming Genborg, Bear, Plante, Johansson. Steve has to spend some of that 30 mil in cap space. Looking at the long game the Redwings are either gonna try and get Hughes next summer or Werenski and or McDavid the following summer. In the meantime this summer they have to maybe overpay for Alex Tuch, get a 1C, and resign Kane. Line 1 Raymond, Tuch, acquired 1C. Line 2 Kane, Debrincat, Larkin. Copp can stay and play 3rd line C, but Rasmussen, Compher, and Appleton gotta go.
Steve could sign Lauzon and Ferraro….
They have 3 bottom 6 centers and two of them need to go. If there’s a situation where they can acquire an upgrade and the hold up is a roster spot or cap space then I would be looking at a buyout but hopefully they can move Compher without buying him out. Compher with all 22 hits and his production with his cap hit is brutal.
i would trade both Compher and Rass for a bag of chips…
Better to see AHLers in their spots ,no matter who ,only to get some effort
See ya!
While negotiating Debrincats deal, let him know a team discount would allow a Compher buyout. Ill bet that the Cat would see the value and be on board
