The Blues for their retool need another rt shot defender in the Mailloux mold and a Bonafide young center to be a prominent Second or third line center. Then next year or this year move out possibly Parayko Fowler Buchnevich. The fourth line needs to be nasty or the ability to play defense and get you some goals

Kyrou bounce back season? He had a great season last year. 36 goals 34 assists and a +23. Just having a normal year would’ve been good for him this year.

Do you think Tkachuk has told anyone in the Ottawa organization, hey, someday I'd like to play in St. Louis? If he has or if they might actually be fielding some trade offers this summer and the Blues make a good offer, do you think they'd try to make Tkachuk happy by trading him to St. Louis versus other teams? Is his preference a factor at all?
Ottawa is not taking Kyrou in any Tkachuk trade.
Buch, Kyrou and maybe a Toropchenko would be the kind of trade package Ottawa would want for Brady. And I think I would be okay with that, but….Brady isn't going anywhere and all of this is just a dream for some Blues fans. I would rather have Matthew Tkachuk. Better points production.

Why is everyone overvaluing Brady T, he's not a superstar, over last five years the point production from Brady is almost IDENTICAL to kyrou, and rantanen who is objectively a much better player than Tkachuk was traded to Dallas for logan Stankoven who is less valuable than kyrou and two LATE firsts, oh and by the way that trade came with a 8 year extension as well. So, saying Kyrou and a 11th overall pick isn't close to what he'd be worth is ridiculous, i get brady is more physical obviously and not soft like Kyrou but he takes an insane amount of dumb penalties and not sure where anyone got idea he was extremely good defensively, he's not….
So you willing to move Kyrou, two firsts, jircek plus?!?!?!?! Thats insane and will set us back immensely while getting same production kyrou gave you while then still having significant holes on roster and losing multiple firsts and your best prospect for a guy who only has two years left. Wild
Brady Tkachuk isn't a superstar, he hits people, takes a lot of penalties and has almost identical production as kyrou… remain patient. Continue to develop young guys and make those first rd picks and continue to develop, when we get closer our window you can make splash move.
