We exorcized the first round demons against our former franchise and rival the Dallas Stars. Next up, the big bad Presidents Trophy winning Avalanche. Two of my all-time favorite playoff moments were wins against this franchise so let’s make another one. Then, if I could pick it, I’d want another shot at Anaheim in the WCF. That’s one more demon to slay if you’ve been a fan long enough. The Coup de Grace would be beating our longtime trade partner in the East, the Buffalo Sabers.

I think there’s a world where the Wolves *could* get even with the Lakers (game 2 of the WCF?) around the same time as a Wild-Avalanche game 7.
It would just require, y’know, sweeps the opposite way of anyone’s predictions vis-a-vis Thunder and Spurs
