    This may be the nicest, but to me the greatest is Helm’s dagger in game 6. This series never should’ve gone to game 6 though.

    Krupp for the winner in 96 is the best, runner up is sakic through Stevens in ’01. Shame the avs didn’t close it out after this mack attack though

    If we would have ended up actually winning this game, Mack has a Conn Smythe instead of Makar.

    It’s funny in hindsight but they kept cutting to MacK after he scored and you could tell he was so mad that people were throwing hats because it was giving the Blues a free timeout.

    Amazing goal, but I think the greatest probably should be a playoff OT goal. The Blues tied this particular game up.

    I was at that game and it was nuts seeing it live. I think the hat throwing after is what killed the momentum.

    I saw this live. The place went absolutely nuts. I still think it’s the best MacKinnon goal ever. ❤️

    Didn’t he score a very similar goal against Detroit a few years back?

    I think it’s the best Mack goal ever and if we take this game as we should have then absolutely it’s the greatest.

    However, two games later, Helm off the boards as time is winding down to go to OT once again is the greatest.

    Up to that point, the Avs had suffered so much heartbreak trying to get out of round 2 and just never could. The game prior, they gave up the game tying goal as they were about to close out the series and lost it in OT. Series is tied at 3-2 and we’re going to OT and we really didn’t want a game 7 where ANYTHING can happen.

    Helm delivers a clap bomb, the final buzzer sounds and you can just feel the relief from 19,000+ disappear and the boys finally just let the tension fall off.

    Then we beat the snot out of and sweep Edmonton, and beat TB in 6 and the boys finally climbed the mountain
