Boston was outworked for most of the series and never got close enough tonight thanks to Lyon and the boys. To win the way that they did against one of best goaltenders in the world and an experienced team was not only satisfying but in the end a relief. Go Sabres, now on to the 2nd round!🎉
They felt pressure after last game but there was the exact same amount of pressure but less because they were at home. This coach is a joke. Why did he not pull the goalie with a 4 on 5 but under 2 min down by 2? "Might as well sit back and kill the penalty than try to come back right"?
Boston coach… " I can tell you… Oh but I can't tell you enough how it feels to be back" 😂 he realized he shouldn't say I can tell you because nothing after was acceptable for a good coach to say. Call a timeout when the other team Is coming back like a monster… Call a timeout before your goalie tells you to when you are getting roasted…. Pull your goalie down by 2 with under a minute and a half left even if it is a 4 on 5… None of that makes it not his fault though. He should be fired. Idv who you root for. If you don't see this was on him 90 percent then you don't know hockey
He played it to keep his job after he realized he blew it by thinking he should do what he did. His goalie calling a ti.out instead of him is the #1 reason. IDIOT
