    We’ve given up 10 to Pittsburgh twice, and won both series.

    I kept saying this game was going to be a defensive clinic. I didn’t think that was going to mean 4 Avs defenseman getting 5 goals and 10 points.

    I like how *this* is Game 1 of the series with « the two best defensemen in the NHL ». Lol.

    Not saying that’s not true. Of course, Makar and Hughes are the top 2 defensemen in the league. But times have changed, I guess. Can you imagine a 9-6 game between Scott Niedermayer and Nik Lidstrom?
