Yeah, Brent Burns looked rough out there.

I was just thinking same thing:

finally make it to the second round in how many years and we blew it… oh wait that was only game one

  3. Both teams defense on fent. I see many blaming it on wally, not even applicable, our defense has to adjust to the avs speed at the blue line. Middleton literally asleep at the wheel several times. And turnovers too… Tarasenko went hot and cold all over the place.

  4. Im honestly glad we have just some good ass hockey ahead of us, neither team plays dirty and both have insanely talented rosters

We got six goals out of it, so i assume theyll just chalk it up as a crazy night. Should be a fun series ahead of us. They’ll bounce back.

Yeah, the way I look at this one is it was a classic case of one team being a little more rested (the Avs, having just swept the Kings) vs one that was coming in a little more fatigued (the Wild, who just endured a 6 game series with the Stars)

I think we’re going to be in for quite the series here, so as long as we can bounce back Tuesday to tie it up before it comes back here

i really liked that 1 minute after moose scored where we had the lead

I’ve seen talking up Wedgewood like he’s the second coming of Patrick Roy – I’ve said all along, he’s totally beatable, last night proved it. There’s a reason why he’s been a journeyman.

The skaters need to play a lot better, this L was on them.
