This is the first game in over 2 years for the lightning to finish regulation with a 0-0 tie. The last time was March at 24 . I'm a little surprised. I never heard anyone say it.
This was the beautiful game of hockey at its finest. The skill. The intensity. The crowd. All of it culminating in one of the greatest games I've ever watched. It's rediculous how even these two teams are.
Its a good thing its players vs players and not fans vs fans. Ive been to many bolts game where the crowd was unbelieveable.
I guess us Tampa fans are just used to it by now. But wow Montreal fans, you guys rocked the whole 60+ mins. I almost fealt bad for you at the end there. Almost. Go Bolts!

You can't ask any more from Dobes and Lane Hutson, they are playing like superstars. Philip Denault made a great defensive play and at least Ivan Demidov had some legitimate scoring chances in the game. The overtime power play was Montreal's best chance to put this one away, but they couldn't capitalize. Guhle had a rough night, as did our top line …….again ! Now they have to roll the dice on a Game 7, where anything can happen from winning on a Herculean effort to losing on a fluke bounce.

I was in the bar in Montreal during the game for a friends birthday, and the energy all game was insane, absolute heartbreaking end to the game.
the demidov penalty …he is literally hooked preventing him moving to the right… also most of his body misses vasy and his left leg got hit… isnt the rule if he cant do anything more to miss him its not a penalty idk that one was def a makeup call from the missed highstick
