Tampa was by far the better team. Montreal stunk up the joint but squeaked out a 2-1 win

Great series between 2 great teams. Cooper was extremely classy afterwards – props to him. Martin St-Louis coached a great series as well, but playing Matheson and Carrier on the blue line in the final minute was dumb. Matheson had a terrible series, TBH, and his penalty at the end of last night’s game was just another example. He also missed the net on a shot in game 6 that resulted in a 2-on-1goal the other way.
Xhekaj should be in the lineup ahead of Struble, Carrier and possibly even Matheson at this point.

Didn't much like some of the Tampa players for their behaviour after the '21 final, but I have to say their coach is a class act. As is Vasilevskiy, the first in the line up to shake hands.
