THAT'S OUR RAT
Ok so when is Jamie Benn
both players should get suspended
Alex Pietrangelo was suspended for one game during the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs for a vicious, two-handed slash on Edmonton Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl in Game 4 of their second-round series on May 10, 2023
Wow!
Yes and Brad Marchand should get a couple games too, for watching from his sofa.
Still trying to understand why Benson had nothing. The slew foot was almost more dangerous than the slash
Good on ya, MicAvoy! Well deserved!
Could have been more games but Benson wasn’t hurt. I’m sure this won’t be the last time McAvoy is suspended…
I would be in Prison if I did that to anybody
This is a pathetic explanation and exactly why NHL will never reach a broader audience.
Outside the inconsistency, the explanation is illogical. Outside the game of play and it was outcome decide? Why is that a factor, if i slash someone and the games close I dont go get suspended? The victim was skating away, again what does that matter especially when the initiating event sent the other player 15 ft away. I dont care about either of these teams. Just make it simple slashing is an automatic penalty. Hits to the head are automatic suspension.
A lumberjack is looking for an apprentice
So he gets suspended which ok fair but benson gets nothing for tripping him into the board after the whistle? Seems fair
