I think people need to really just…chill out on Slaf. I get the concern, I promise I do. I wasn't the biggest fan of the pick. But the entire reason he was picked was that they think he has the highest ceiling. We were always told that he's going to be project. He was always going to be project. That hasn't magically changed in the last month. Ok, sorry, rant over lol. I'm just very annoyed at the discourse.
Anyways, he is still a delightful large Slovak child and I am a big fan of his and I know he's going to be very good when he puts it all together.
Of course, Owen Beck is still doing Owen Beck things (being so, so, so good and showing us exactly why he came so highly praised). I can't help but think that the Habs might really benefit from the general bad luck of the OHL guys this year who got passed up on because of the lost year. I wonder what he can do offensively this year.
Is this a good place to post a mailbag question? If so what do you think Owen Beck's ceiling is? I could see him in the top 6 if Dach doesn't work out. Great show as always.

They can't trade Jack if Price is gone. They won't find another goaler that easily.
Goalie very good, defensemen good, shooters not that efficient and not enough shots on goal. A bright moment was when Canadiens locked Devils in their zone for like 3-4 mins straight?
