Kings are gonna be awesome this year!!! Love Doughty
Don't sleep on Arthur Kaliyev… could be the sleeper scoring punch that the Kings have long yearned for
Dustin Brown is awesome i can see him becoming a coach and leading the Kings back to the cup
LA's D is the most underated from my perspective in the NHL and Matt Roy in particular is criminally underated outside of LA with 2/3 of the starting 6 having not played a full 82 game schedule entering their 2nd and 3rd full seasons also the 3rd line may very well be the most exciting for LA comprised of kinda forgotten players in Villardi, Lias Anderson and the recently signed out the KHL Vladimir Tkachev who has looked brilliant during the pre-season
Another thing i feel compelled to mention is the 11 points Martin Jones NOT the Sharks stole from LA last year guy had like a .970 save% against LA last year
Kings could make the 3rd round…. or get the 3rd overall pick. As a longtime fan I'm ready for a really fun season.
Matt Roy and Mikey Andersen are actually solid defensemen, and if Elder can rebound like every Canucks player from last year should, then that defense is no issue.
LA is a sleeper pick for me, so much young talent
Kings didn’t “ luck into Petersen” he has been deemed the hair apparent to JQ for at least the last three years. And yes the Kings have a knack for “ fixing up goalies like Jack Campbell, who was a project when he arrived in LA after a horrible time in Dallas, And others thanks in a large part to the “ goalie whisperer” you may have heard of ; Dusty Imoo 🙈
And yes Dustin Brown is still awesome and so is Jonathan Quick who’s biggest problem for a long time has been that the Kings players seem to thing that he is still the Conn Smythe winning goalie he was in 2012 and therefor don’t seem to think he needs the same help on defence the gave Campbell and Peterson in last two seasons.. anyway GKG !!!and Adam Divorce ?!
The pacific is harder than the central?? I dont know about that one chief
It's painful to watch ppl speculate when it's obvious they don't watch any games, do much homework or follow the mayor.
The pacific better than the central? Ya no. The pacific has 4 of the bottom 10 teams last year and an expansion team. That is by far ths worst division
The pacific is absolutely not better than the central I completely disagree with Adam on that and it’s not even close
Kopitar is going to surprise people with how many points he gets this year. He's going to take way less defensive zone face-offs with Danault. And if Arvidsson can find his game a little bit he's going to be the most skilled winger Kopitar has had since Gaborik (1st year Gaborik).
That Byfield injury hurts
I'm inclined to agree with Adam on this one. Kings 3rd. Nucks and Flames are both poorly managed teams with no identity, stuck in mediocrity.
One thing bout the Dustin brown saga that gets looked over a lot is that he nearly got traded in 2012.
Wow, I love this show so I don’t mean to hate but you have guys have a serious lack of knowledge on the Kings. I would think that super fans of the NHL and basically their job is to talk about the nhl would know a lot more about a team with 2 cups in the last 10 years. One of the best goalies of the 2010’s , one of the best two-way forwards in NHL history and the best prospect pool in the NHL right now. Also a team that had a really active and interesting off-season picking up two top 6 forwards and a very experienced D-man.
Did Adam just say that the Pacific is a better division than the Central? What in tarnation….
I was with you until you said Akil Thomas was part of the big three then I knew u didn’t know what u were talking about, u didn’t mention Arthur Kaliyev ir talk about the fact that Byfield is literally out for the next 2 months with an ankle injury. Awful analysis.
Gabe Vilardi!!!
Steve with a great grammatical correction. "fewer games"
We love you Steve!
