Stamkos should be talked about with the legends of the game. Injuries has kept that from happening. This dude is incredible on both ends of the ice and has one of the best one timer shots in history.
Recently found this channel…it's great. Remember, it took Tampa several post-seasons to learn that the playoff season is about defense.
You are right McDavid is on another level, the Eye test don't lie,,,, Right now he is the greatest all around player in the game. You can see it, from just watching him, its clear to see that he has studied the entire game and plays it from a higher perspective of combining both speed and talent with intensity and tenacity.
The Bolts looks like they recaptured their (Championship Form) after winning game 6 in overtime against Toronto in the first round. Vasilesky is playing great again and Now the Bolts have fully woken up. They are definitely all on board in the drive to win 3 Stanley Cups in a row.
Tampa had their biggest scare when they were facing elimination in game 6 against Toronto, so now that they have overcome that test, they got the fire of determination in their Eyes, and they are seriously pushing forward towards their coveted goal to 3peat as Stanley Cup Champions.
Lets see if Florida or any other team can put up a good fight against them, that's why they play the games. Lets see what happens and how it all plays out. But Right now the Bolts are looking confident and powerful.,,, they have recaptured their winning championship vibes. So the other playoffs teams better be ready.

If only the Maple Leafs didn’t get screwed over in Game 6 in overtime……this could’ve been a different conversation right now and potentially it could’ve been either 2 to 1, Panthers or 2 to 1, Maple Leafs in the series jeez I’m hoping the Hurricanes or the Avalanche or the Flames/Oilers can take them out hopefully become I’m slowly beginning to hate the Lightning because how can you beat the Maple Leafs and Panthers but you can’t beat my Dallas Stars (even though it was in the regular season) and we bested them in a 1 to 0 defensive slugfest oh jeez some team just please take out the Lightning! Panthers aren't gonna take 2 this series…. Tampa doesn't lose back2back's and I got a strong feeling Florida isn't the ones to break that. I wouldn't be surprised for fla to win a desperation win tonight but after that vazzy is shutting the door.
I love Stammer, he’s headed to the Hall of Fame, and he’s still very much elite. But, his attributes and role do not allow him to be on the same tier as Crosby. Injuries absolutely were a factor and we have no idea how big of a factor they’ve been. But, 200 playoff points in 180 games vs 80 playoff points in 100 games is enough of a sample size for me to say that he’s at least a full tier below Crosby. Without Hedman and Kuch, Stammer is somewhat containable (particularly in the playoffs) where Crosby has the ability to produce all on his own, much like Kucherov, who I think is more of that top tier caliber. Stammer does have a top 3 shot in the NHL and has been at that level for over a decade. Honestly, it’s just Ovi ahead of him with Matthews starting to come into his own now. It’s awesome to see him consistently contribute defensively this run, but that hasn’t been the norm from him over his career. Hall of Famer, yes, all time great, maybe, on Crosby’s level, no, and it kills me to say that.

I'm a Lightning fan, but I'm going to go a bit against the grain here and say I think this series has been really close. Mac got lucky to deflect Huberdeaus open net chance, and there was a bit of fortune on Cernaks winner. Would not surprise me to see a Fla victory tonight – I don't think they're playing that poorly.
