    i dont mind this one at all husso and kallgren or maybe dryden mckay shows off and gets a deal with the leafs instead of the marlies , but ye would love gibson but only way we let willy for gibby go is if toronto get a top 6 gritty forward coming back with gibby perhaps a pick

    If he goes to the leafs I will be very disappointed, anybody anybody will be am improvement over Mike Smith hopefully he retires and we sign Husso.

    It sounds like there might up to 10 teams looking at Husso. Someone will over pay 4.5 to 5 million. Sounds a little risky I think he's only played just under 60 games. I think he should get chris driedger money around 3.5 for 3yrs. Don't get me wrong I like how he played in the regular season

    Hope we don't lose Campbell…We're on he exact same page on this. This is a risky deal to say the least if it happens.

    Binnington's shown regression since his breakout year and only got it because husso was injured! Husso was remember the better prospect! Campbell also had pretty much the same sample size coming into Toronto!
    If the Leafs got DeSmith & Husso as a 1b 1b type duo that would sort be an ideal situation as they could literally go 50/50 and both still get more starts then they have ever had in a single season! And end up running the hotter goalie the last 2 weeks of the season leading up to the playoffs! Just my opinion.

    Word now is Campbell looking for "north of 5M". If so, Leafs may have to consider other options. Husso may be one, but with UFA market so thin, he will also get more $'s than expected. Oilers and Devils are competitors, and perhaps the Capitals as well. Gibson would be great via trade, but would be expensive, as there would be a bidding war for him. This reminds me of Hyman from last year. Leafs fiddled around for too long, then it was too late.
