At wrestling practice, we start with 25 jumping jacks, which goes right into 25 squats, right into 25 push-ups, right into 25 sit-ups, and then you go back into jumping jacks. Go through the order 4 times in a row totaling 100 reps of each. And that’s our warmup, don’t let anyone ever tell you pro wrestling is fake. 🤣
