    We played awful, they played well…. Let’s win on home ice and than shock them at home, Rangers in 7(again). LGR!!!

    Once that second goal got pulled back, everything changed. We may have won the game had that not shifted the momentum in canes favor. Not to mention giving up that bone headed short handed goal.

    Let’s win the next one and get them nervous for game seven. Let’s go boys, pick it up!

It was like they were intimidated and just wanted to go home…at one point I said they Look like a College team..No not even that a High school team trying to play against an NHL team….Very Sad Effort, looked almost like they gave up at one point….I could get into what they did wrong but I can just keep it short they did everything wrong tonight….LETS GET GOING RANGERS!!…DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT!!??

    WINNING FACE OFFS, FOR CHECKING ,BACK CHECKING, PROTECTING THE PUCK, SPEED THROUGH THE NUETRAL ZONE, PASSING TAPE TO TAPE, SKATING INSTEAD OF COASTING AND REACHING, CYCLING, SHOTS TO THE NET, CRASHING THE NET FOR REBOUNDS, CLEARING OUT THE GARBAGE IN YOUR OWN END ,BOXING OUT OPPOSITION IN FRONT OF YOUR NET, HOLDING THE BLUE LINE ON DEFENSE, DISRUPTING THE NUETRAL ZONE, CHECKING YOUR MAN OFF THE PUCK, SETTING UP HIGH ON THE POWER PLAY, SETTING UP IN FRONT OF THE GOALIE FOR DEFLECTIONS, FINISHING YOUR CHECKS….CRAP THIS ARE THE BASICS I TAUGHT MY GRAMMAR SCHOOL KIDS AND THEY WON 3 STRAIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPS AND THEY WERE SMALLER WEAKER AND SLOWER THAN THE REST OF THE LEAGUE.. BUT THEY DID THESE THINGS AND THEY HAD HEART AND PASSION AND NEVER GAVE UP….HEART , DESIRE, FIRE INSIDE YOU… THAT YOU WONT BE DENIED, IS WHAT THEY LEARNED AND WHAT IS NEEDED FROM THESE RANGERS!

    it's not the coach…most of today's players are fat-n-happy and play hard only when they want to, otherwise you get what you got tonight. Nobody showed up for your team…again! lmao…again!

    This is like a worse version of the Lemaire era Devils. Yes, the Canes can win games (if they get the matchups they want), but it’s like watching paint dry, and their fans go nuts for it anyway. I say worse because those NJ teams were efficient enough at it to do it on the road too. If we can find a way to knock them off we’ll be doing everyone a favor who wants to see some actual hockey played in the conference and/or cup final. It’s going to take a better effort than game 5 though.

    Canes don't play as well when they're looking over their shoulders. Not sure why the Rangers thinks it can finesse it's way to wins. Hit bodies and shoot the puck every chance you get.

    The top players on the rangers have a history of being inconsistent, we all hope eventually they snap out of it, but now some are mid career, not really considered young anymore, and they’re still at it, you never know who shows up, i say trade them while you can get a great value, they will never change.

    I can't figure why they're not hitting the bodies more…it's like they were afraid to hit any of the Hurricane players. And they looked like they were mired in mud all night long to boot.
