    Turk is a players coach. His mentality is like a player. He understands what a grind the season is for a player and what it takes through the season. This is why our Rangers have bought into the system & the young guys have improved. LETS GO RANGERS!!!

    I think people forget sometimes that the 82 game grind of the NHL season is one of the toughest, if not the toughest grinds in pro sports.

    Kakkos gotta figure out how to stay in the lineup. Looks awesome when he plays but just can’t protect himself out there

    really enjoyed the season!

    unlike Q who treated the players like he was better than them, and like college kids he could Bully
    Notice the Olympic team collapse, look familiar ?
    SITTING DOWN WITH LAFFY & EXPLAINING WHY HE WAS GOING TO SIT , JUST GAVE HIM CONFIDENCE THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG !!!

    Yes Gino's, he is a players coach and expects 100% effort like he gave as a player. Floaters would be tossed from his team. Mistakes are made but can be fixed when the motivation is there. You can easily see the progress in the younger players learning fast same thing in Vegas, different color sweaters but same system really and the boys are playing it well. The future is bright with good depth down the entire bench.
