I played hockey in Connecticut in 1980-1984 and players on my team had cooperalls. About 25% of the team or so. I thought they tlooked really when every player on the team had them. Slick. Would have been cool if Gretz had them all those years in Edmonton and Ovechkin now as a Cap.

Cooperalls were the best. Everyone I grew up playing with preferred them. Looked better, more comfortable, way easier to put on. A winter sport with short pants and socks, that’s truly weird if you think about it.
