Zito structured it to have the core locked down for the next 3 years, we have 14M in cap space next year, cup window isnt just this year. Don't think this team is falling back into mediocrity for a long time.

I don't understand why we have this coach behind the bench, I don't think he can make any good decisions at all. I agree that Bob should be in the net while he's hot. In this game after two goals it was obvious that Spencer was not up to the challenge. If Maurice could see that and would switch to Bob we would have a chance even without Barkov and others. Maurice killed this game for Panthers! No wonders he never won anything and has way more losses than wins. I really thought that it was very obvious to start second period with Bob! 25 games ago I knew that Maurice needed to go (check my comments). Now I think Zito needs to go too. Who thinks that I'm over reacting wait until the end of the season. And good picks from waivers it's scout's good job not Zito. We got the team from President's trophy to out of playoffs in a flash. It's the first time that early in the season I didn't even want to watch the third period and I'm glad I didn't buy even Black Friday deals on tickets.

Jaws i wouldn’t sell the core players. We know we have the talent. One mediocre year is not reason to sell our core players. We have 14mill in cap space next year we can sign some decent players

Rusty goalie aside… the play at the blue line is atrocious. There is no defensive grit this year. I still have some belief that this can get turned around. It seems dire but there is a LONG way to go.
