This Avs team is going to be scary when fully healthy! They are dominating teams without Landeskog and MacKinnon! Watch out, because when everyone comes back, they are going to be almost as tough as last season!
Avs now on 101 point pace-despite the worst injury luck in the nhl,so far this season…at least among contenders. Having to adjust to a few key offseason losses, the most road heavy schedule in the nhl-before this 5 game homestand,& having a target on your back nightly-as defending champs.
Has rarely been pretty, but all things considered-18-11-2 is a pretty damn good record. Getting a few key guys back has helped, but we still have 1 of the most decimated rosters in the league. Much work to be done-next 2-3 weeks-til Mckinnon,& most the rest of the calvary is expected back.
But terrific job of not just surviving…but kinda thriving-with so many things that have gone against us so far. Shown a lot of resiliency that could serve us well later…if the hockey gods ever decide to stop screwing us,& actually give us some injury luck-like most of our toughest western rivals have largely enjoyed to this point. Most of whom have played more home games,& 2 or 3 more games overall.
Avs are actually in better shape, than the standings appear. Even with less games,& insane injuries…I think we still are in the 1st wild card spot right now,& within definite striking distance of everybody in the central. 8 games ago, when the injuries were at their worst-I wasnt convinced we could overcome so many key injuries & hang in there. (5-2-1 since then)Much work to be done, but so far,so very good. As a Ball arena employee-both our teams-Nuggets,& Avs-are in good shape with around 50 games left.
Keep hanging in there Avs. Reinforcement is coming. Predict a big run from this team once they get Landy, Mack and Byram back on the ice. This team has been a sleeping giant all season.
Another great goalie gm. Georgiev. was first ⭐️, while Allen was third ⭐️. And the moose was loose once again! “That’s enough Lauren, we have to go NOW!” 💙 Mikko, the Finns took care of the scoring!!

Rantanen Is on another level. He looks so confident and chill. The no look goal in OT was baller. 8:02.
We didn't play well tonight but I will take the point, thank you to Allen and Richard.
Nice 360p quality NHL
Liiga on kyllä paljon viihdyttävempää ku nhl
Where would the Avs be right now without Rantanen? He has put this team on his back. Mooooose!!

Bad play Drouin
Mikko has been our saving grace. But we need the mack dog he is the best player on the av’s not even close.
Canadiens @ Avalanche
Anyone notice Nichushkin box out the Habs player so that Rantanen can grab the loose puck in OT?
Offensive production sure has dropped without the Mac Attack but its good to see the squad picking up points without him.

Artturi Lehkonen nice goal 👍

Habs with like 5 SOG in 2 entire periods PLUS OT. How you expect to win a game like that? That point was an absolute gift from the Avs
Montreal not effective. They gave the game away. Gave Colorado an chance.
I`m impress that the Canadiens got this game to over time, I`ll happily take the point.
