  1. it was super cool when the huricanes won on the 19th and the the miami heat on the 20th(i'm a fan of both)

  2. Nice to find an NBC clip of that.

This and the Canes DVD are the only places to find this.

  3. that was awesome i was so pumped when they one its all anyone talked about around here for weeks.

    GO CANES!!!

  4. That series was a great one. Taking all 7 games to decide the Stanley Cup winner.

  5. I was rooting hard for the Canes that year. But not because I like the team. To me, that win for for 'The Whalers'. Those of us old enough to remember making the trek up to Hartford to catch the Blueshirts battle the Whale, wanting Pat Verbeek's face smashed, until he became a Ranger (I'm such a homer!), hearing that Hartford Victory March, and how much they sucked in the Prince of Whales Conference (I miss old school hockey) appreciated them hoisting the Cup. Long Live The Whale, snd Go Canes!!

  6. I'm a ducks fan, but good for the Canes. I like the Staal brothers and hope them all, espeically eric, the best.

  7. Wow, what a year. I saw the opening game of the sevon game series against Buffalo. But they lost it. And by the way, screw all you people that think the canes didn't deserve to win the stanley cup. The outplayed time they the oilers so bad in that series that you guys are lucky that it didn't end earlier!
