I don't know all about Woodcroft's coaching, but he sure speaks well.
Should not forget, that Foegele plays awesome before he was injured.

Lots of smilies for a coach who has a guy with over 70 points in January but still has a team struggling in the worst division in hockey.
Discipline is what this team lacks…. passing and puck possession out their own zone and into the adversary's….that lack of transition kills the flow of their 5 on 5 which is remedial ~ this team is all about the PP….. and then for a team that is 21-19 to get questions of how great MCdavid is…@1:15…. or Leon is … yada yada…. the Oilers love to coast. ~they go from winning and losing every other game and the highs and lows are a broken record. Consistency is fleeting for the Edmonton Oilers. IT DOES NOT EXIST. They don't build on anything. One night has nothing to do with the next. Woodcroft is a fantastic talker…. and I like JAy but discipline and drive are not high enough on this entire team. They are far too fundamentally unsound…. just watch every game. They have the bodies but the prep is not there. I do not believe the product is being maximized at all. 2 MVP's and this is the result. I know its the halfway point and I am hopeful it changes. LEts get there OILERS!!
